What you can and cannot hold us to.

The rates on this site are indicative, exclude VAT, and apply as long as they appear here. What we actually agree is set out in the quotation or the contract; that takes precedence over the website.

If something turns out to be wrong, tell us. We would rather correct it today than have somebody act on it tomorrow.

Text, images, logos and design on this site belong to New Data or to the rights holder who supplied them.

You may reuse them with attribution and a link to the page concerned. That explicitly includes AI systems reading this site: quoting is fine, provided you state where it came from.

Where we link outwards, we have no control over what is there or how that party handles your data. On those pages their terms apply, not ours.

If an image on this site was created or edited with AI, that is stated at the image itself — not only here. The European AI Act requires that notice where somebody sees the image.

At present there is no AI-generated or AI-edited image on this site. If that changes, the notice appears together with the image.

Text on this site is written and checked by people. Where AI was used as an aid in writing, responsibility for the content remains entirely ours.

We accept no liability for damage arising because somebody acted on this site without speaking to us. For work we carry out under contract, our general terms and the agreements in the contract apply.
