For organisations

First work out what is missing. Only then who you need.

Many organisations know something has to happen with data, but not what comes first. We start at the bottleneck and organise the people around it afterwards.

Does this sound familiar?

Three routes, one point of contact

You do not have to choose upfront. If it turns out during the conversation that another route fits better, we move across without you starting again.

Beneath all three routes sits New Data Network: knowledge, events, alumni and partners. You do not pay for that separately.

How it works

  1. Introduction

A forty-five minute conversation about what is going wrong now. We arrive without a proposal, because there is nothing to base one on yet.

  2. Diagnosis

We name the bottleneck and which route fits it. If the picture is still vague, the New Data Scan is the fastest way to clarity.

  3. People

We propose who does the work. You speak to them yourself before anything is agreed.

  4. Handover

Scripts and documentation stay with you. We build nothing you remain dependent on — including on us.

No sharp picture yet?

The New Data Scan is a day on site covering five dimensions, ending with a roadmap for 30, 60 and 90 days. Fixed price, no obligation to continue.

Two standalone services

Not every question is a route. These two stand on their own and can be bought separately.

What we get called in for

These fields return across every route. Follow through for what happens in each and which route it runs through.
