   • Female talent in data, IT and technology, actively approached and supported.
   • Matching on motivation and potential instead of on a profile that repeats itself.

3. 8 Decent work and economic growth

   8.6: youth participation in the labour market

   • Practical experience during or straight after studying.
   • A market-rate fee for every professional, including those just starting out.

   • Matching on skills instead of CV screening, and open calls instead of a closed network.
   • Working with education and with the UWV, the Dutch employee insurance agency. At the UWV we gave a shortened AI training free of charge, to support the work they do.

What is not written here

• We do not call ourselves a sustainable company and we are not climate neutral.
• This is what we do, not what we have achieved. A goal is not an accomplishment.
• What we cannot show, we do not write down.
