We find and support the professional. Employment, payroll and invoicing run through our partner Servorg, so you receive the invoice from Servorg. Your hirer's liability therefore runs directly to a certified party, with no link in between.

Servorg is registered with the SNA and audited against NEN 4400-1. That registration is that audit: the Dutch Labour Standards Foundation only lists a business after a half-yearly inspection against the standard. The register is public and can be checked by name and chamber of commerce number.
Your hirer's liability therefore runs directly to a certified party, with no link in between.
What that means for your procurement check
- New Data itself is not SNA-certified. Servorg is.
- The SNA register is public and can be checked on the chamber of commerce number; Servorg Uitzendbureau B.V. is listed there for both provision of labour and intermediation.
- There is no link in between that holds no certification itself.
Servorg Uitzendbureau B.V. is registered with the Dutch chamber of commerce under number 27144722. That lets you consult the SNA register yourself; we are not asking you to take our word for it.

All three are held by Servorg, our partner for employment. New Data is not a labour provider and does not hold these certifications itself, which is exactly why your invoice comes from Servorg and your chain liability runs directly to them.

This is a timeline, not a law that already applies today. No labour provider has been admitted yet, our partner Servorg included, and we claim nothing of the sort. About the published rate
The rates on this site are from-amounts for deploying a professional. Where invoicing runs through Servorg, that is the amount Servorg charges. What a professional actually costs depends on the hirer's pay standard at your organisation; that is explained on the brand pages.
What buyers usually ask
Is New Data SNA-certified?
No. New Data itself is not SNA-certified. Our partner Servorg is, and Servorg is the party that carries the employment and invoices. The SNA register is public and can be checked by name and chamber of commerce number.
Who do we receive the invoice from?
From Servorg. That is stated in the quotation and in the assignment confirmation, before anything is signed. A first invoice from a name you did not expect costs more trust than a paragraph nobody reads.
Where does our hirer's liability run to?
Directly to Servorg, an SNA-certified party with a blocked account (G-rekening). There is no link in between that holds no certification itself.
Who employs the professional?
Servorg. New Data finds, selects and supports; employment and payroll sit with Servorg.
Who pays an additional assessment for bogus self-employment?
On a self-employed or freelance assignment: the client. If the tax authority rules afterwards that the work was bogus self-employment, Servorg recovers the assessment and the fines from you. That is what the terms say, and it is exactly why the assignment is assessed up front with a checklist that we put to you as well. We would rather tell you beforehand than afterwards.
What about the Wtta, the new admission scheme for labour providers?
No labour provider has been admitted yet today, Servorg included, so we do not claim otherwise. The timeline is set out above, with the date on which we checked it. SNA registration, trade association membership and Wtta admission are three separate things; we name them separately, because they do not prove the same thing.
